Pros

Compensation was low end of fair, and biannual profit sharing was nice. A lot of community involvement under Charlie Jones, unfortunately he has passed, and new CEO cannot measure up.

Cons

Bonus metrics were unacheivable, immediate (regional) manager was unsupportive, and there was no realistic open door policy to address concerns above her without facing retaliation.
