Pros
-Multiple dogs in the office make for a fun environment -Benefits comparable to most tech companies
Cons
-CEO yells and looses his temper at employees in the doorways. He referred to himself as a steam train multiple times and it's quite apt. -Product is on the downward trend operating in a very noisy space and multiple top people have already exited the company. -Minimal opportunity to grow. Entire sales management team was hired from outside. No promotions.
