Pros
At Stitch, you'll have tremendous opportunity for career growth, establishing yourself within the company and having an impact from day one. This extends beyond the rapid growth of the team or being a start-up, but also because it is something the company prioritizes. You'll work with awesome, intelligent, and loving coworkers. Odds are you'll make friends you want to hang out with outside of the office (several employees are now roommates) and you're gaurenteed to feel cared for in a way that you haven't in previous workplaces.
Cons
Stitch is not for everyone. You may have thought you worked hard and moved quickly before; there's a whole different definition of that at Stitch, likely far more than most start-ups of the same size. While management is very transparent about the health of the business, internal decisions, focus, etc, there are many unwritten rules, particularly surrounding work-life balance that lack transparency and can create undue stress for employees.
