Pros

Every employee has ownership in the company and leadership does a good job of keeping employees informed and asking employees for input on key decisions that will impact them and on desired improvements. Company has new, well-appointed labs located in Bedford, MA and provides a flexible hybrid environment for everyone. Career development is nurtured through sponsored participation in conferences and through stretch assignments.

Negative, divisive culture since the new CEO came on board late 2025. Small company that created a big pharma bureaucratic structure where information feeds to and from leadership are managed by staff who have their own agenda that are not entirely driven by the needs of the patients. Too many chiefs and not nearly enough worker bees. Chaotic and disorganized
