During my time with the organization, I observed significant challenges related to leadership and overall team dynamics. Trust and transparency were consistently lacking, with frequent instances of leadership sharing confidential information inappropriately and engaging in unprofessional behavior, such as speaking negatively about team members behind their backs. Accountability was unevenly enforced, and there were occasions where individuals were unfairly blamed or unsupported in high-pressure situations. In contrast, others who contributed to a negative work environment were often recognized or rewarded, which impacted morale and team cohesion. For the organization to thrive, I believe it is essential to foster a culture grounded in integrity, respect, and open communication—where all employees feel supported and valued.

Micromanaging is the biggest con but that’s everywhere.
