      Pros

      Stracon is a great company to work for. Senior Management Team is very involved in day to day operations and truly cares about their employees as well as their customers. I would strongly recommend applying/accepting a job at Stracon.

      Cons

      Contracts do not always allow employees to stay long term.

      -there were none, terrible Managment

      Cons

      -Brought up issues with client, instead of finding a resolution, tried termination. -Don’t care about any of their employees -Toxic work environment
