Stable Industry that is growing Decent pay with a good raise every year Good retirement and FSA matching Good benefits
Cons
Corporate and upper management does not seem to plan well. Engineers only start with 2 weeks of vacation while ADM counterparts start with 3. Can be placed "on loan" to another plant nearly indefinitely.
