Pros
The work environment here at Stratas is excellent. They have treated me like family almost. The people here are a big reason why Stratas is such a good place to work. Everyone here feels like they genuinely care. There are other pros to this job as well, such as good benefits and fairly generous PTO. I also like that when you are off work, you are off work. Monday to Friday, 8-5 generally speaking.
Cons
My only really big con with Stratas is having to deal with our parent company, ADM. It's not so much company policies. It's mainly having to deal with the people at the company they contract their support to. Between many of the support reps and some of the automated procedures they use, there tends to be a good bit of incompetence on that end. Overall, it's really a minor issue, but definitely worth mentioning.
