Pros
Was fun working with many new clients and helping them overcome muscle pain. I was able to learn a good amount of anatomy and applying anatomy in real life. It helped me understand which muscles are connected and how they work together. Tips were offered by some clients but it was rare. I was only in charge of helping clients so scheduling and front desk was not part of my role. Good way to build client rapport and experiencing one on one sessions with clients.
Cons
No increase in salary ever. The base pay was always 24/hr with tips being very random based on the client. Work schedule was also not gaurneteed since clients would schedule when they wanted to come in and if they wanted to schedule with you. That meant if you are new, not making progress with clients, or having a difficult time building that client relationship then your schedule would most likely be empty.
