Pros
I think they are a great company offering a valuable service. That's why they have grown exponentially. If you have a problem with this company then you likely have trouble with most companies. They are easy going, hard charging in their efforts to help their customer base. Great spot for young talent to build their resume. Steady job for others that want a fun career in DM. Its not stuffy or boring. Fresh and fun is how I describe it. Pay and benefits are competitive. If you are reading this and you are hunter or skilled developer I would consider them as a long term option. Seems very fair to me. Prudent maybe would be a good word to describe the economics/ business culture, and that is a good word to describe your employer.
Cons
I'm sure there will be people that don't or can't fit but overall they are providing a good service at a marketable price.
