Pros
-Prior to public offering had a great culture and determined their goals; great office environment -Fundamentally solid product that solves a problem in a niche market you can be proud to sell & support
Cons
-Speaking of Cons, the company President is one -Office culture is dramatically decreasing over the past year to year and a half; sure Friday lunches are catered in and food made available to employees, but all to decrease incentive to take a lunch and increase incentive to work harder and longer -Turnover is at an astoundingly high level, some prospects only stay weeks after being on boarded -Local management do not determine sales & revenue goals at all; current and increasing goals are unsustainable -Poor salary, commission/bonus structure, benefits and work/life balance; micro-management of time feels like grade school; example is 50% match up to 3% on 401k and 1-2 % commissions ($50-100/month) for some positions -No room for upward mobility, only lateral -Office management structure have never been taught how to lead, only run reports, gossip about employee performance in an open office environment, and micro-manage talented employees; this group could run a playground out of business -I think company management is writing positive reviews on this website
