Stay away from this organization until it is under new management. A lack of effective and knowledgeable leadership prevents this organization from being successful. There is no personal development opportunities other than a paid consultant brought into the organization periodically, bringing with them tired methods and sales approaches. The product is stale and not innovative like their competitors. They are also working to create more competition in regions by hiring multiple sales consultants and account managers to go after the same businesses. This creates a very negative atmosphere and relationship between all parties. The sales managers are not knowledgeable about how to make a sale or how to cultivate positive business relationships with clients, their method of getting results from their workers is micromanaging and pressure. Just do yourself a favor and move on. If you do move onto next steps, ask about their turnover rate and ask multiple sources. If an organization preaches success as much as they do, why can't they keep talent, and why can't they reach their quarterly goals?
