Pros

Very challenging and rewarding - given the latitude needed to design your own strategy - must be open to feedback on how to improve

Cons

Marketing is now becoming available after a slight reset due to organization changes. Seasoned AE should easily work around this issue

Pros

Ability to make lot's of money compared to other inside sales jobs I have had. Good initial training. Lots of information in the first two and three weeks. Management does not expect you to be closing deals in the first month. They do want to see progress. Open work place, ability to work and compete for prizes. You always are clued in on what is going on with the business. Ability to buy stock at a discount and good benefits at low monthly premium. Best part - uncapped commission, bonuses, spiffs, free lunches, snacks, drinks Ability to earn well into the 6 figures Selling a really cool product Advancement opportunities.

Cons

Sales cycle is longer than any retail or basic technology sale. Changes happen often so be prepared to accept it and go with the flow. Weak sales reps won't stand a chance here.
