1. Micro-management to the the most micro level posibble 2. No employee incentives 3. No exposure. No freedom to work. No appreciation 4. A bunch of below mediocre peeps who believe that they are perfectionists 5. Maligning the name of organization in name of humanitarian work 6. There is absolutely no HR involved
