They make arbitrary decisions without consulting the staff, leading to constant confusion and frustration. -Lack of Communication: Important information is either not shared with the team or is shared at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and chaos. There's a complete lack of transparency, making it difficult to trust the leadership. -Toxic Work Environment: The culture here is incredibly negative, with constant blame-shifting and finger-pointing. Morale is at an all-time low, and there is zero effort from management to improve it. -No Career Growth: There are no opportunities for professional development or career advancement. The company does not invest in its employees or provide any meaningful training. -Overworked and Underappreciated: Employees are expected to work long hours with little to no recognition or appreciation. Burnout is rampant, and there's no support for work-life balance.
