Pros

Air-conditioned building in heat of Florida. Occasionally let you off early on Fridays (this happened 5 or 6 times in the year I worked there). Good benefits. Above average pay.

Cons

No work/life balance whatsoever. Super stressful. Very difficult to get hires. TONS OF FAVORTISM BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND FAVORED EMPLOYEES. Hard to get a hire if you're not fed leads from management. They only feed leads to the favored employees.

Pros

A good entry-level role for recent college graduates looking to gain professional sales experience, build communication skills, and develop a strong foundation for their careers.

Cons

The pay and commission structure are major concerns. There is a noticeable culture of favoritism, and management lacks accountability. Expectations vary depending on whether management sees you as someone they want to promote, creating an unfair and inconsistent work environment. Managers set standards that they don't consistently enforce, and employees are often encouraged to compete against their coworkers rather than work as a team. A recurring pattern is that employees who are initially identified as future management candidates often become frustrated with the inconsistent treatment and leave within a year. When they leave, management frequently shifts its attention to someone else who had previously been overlooked, only to repeat the same cycle. This obvious favoritism creates resentment, hurts morale, and contributes to the company's high turnover.
