Pros

- My main criteria in staying with a company is that I would like to trust in their vision and make sure their values mirror mine. While working at Sunbelt I have had my ups and downs but Ive worked in a couple Fortune 500 companies and I come to realize that your outlook in life really determines your joy. What I mean by that is that, no this company is not perfect but I come in everyday with a positive outlook and know that success doesn't come easy. My manager is very hopeful. She makes sure I know exactly how I compare to others and if I'm lacking in a certain area she provides gudiance. The culture here truly is amazing, I love my coworkers. The management team makes sure to recognize your hard work and often will celebrate holidays and even organize work baby showers, birthdays and wedding showers. Not every companies does this! I would recommend working here to my friends and family.

Cons

-At times I do see some favoritism in management but its nothing more than helping those who really put forth an effort. I've dealt with this in every company ( 5 so far) ive worked at and its a minimal here.

Pros

A good entry-level role for recent college graduates looking to gain professional sales experience, build communication skills, and develop a strong foundation for their careers.

Cons

The pay and commission structure are major concerns. There is a noticeable culture of favoritism, and management lacks accountability. Expectations vary depending on whether management sees you as someone they want to promote, creating an unfair and inconsistent work environment. Managers set standards that they don't consistently enforce, and employees are often encouraged to compete against their coworkers rather than work as a team. A recurring pattern is that employees who are initially identified as future management candidates often become frustrated with the inconsistent treatment and leave within a year. When they leave, management frequently shifts its attention to someone else who had previously been overlooked, only to repeat the same cycle. This obvious favoritism creates resentment, hurts morale, and contributes to the company's high turnover.
