Pros

I met some good people who were fun to be around. That’s it.

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. I was relocating to Tampa due to some personal reasons and needed a job. The interview process was extremely quick and I received an offer letter before any other company I was interviewing with, so I accepted it considering my personal circumstances and time frame. It’s very clear to see how it went so quick considering the turnover rate in this building. My first week on the floor my desk mate got canned. It was a great introduction to how this place operates. Training was very minimal, they have random people from other departments that you will never associate with again come in and read you through corporate generated PowerPoints and then throw you on the phone after a few days. I came from other sales jobs and I had never seen more micromanagement in my life. I would be emailed asking why I didn’t reach my call volume for the prior day at 8:01am. Insane. Your success is predicated on a lot of luck. The call lists and candidates provided to you have been exhausted. I’m talking there will be 10 candidates in their system for a job that 80 recruiters are calling on. No joke. Whoever gets the call back gets the chance at the sell. They use fear as motivation in their culture. & with their training and the level of ongoing support they provide to the employees it’s sink or swim. So if you are thinking of jumping into a similar role: Best of Luck!

Pros

A good entry-level role for recent college graduates looking to gain professional sales experience, build communication skills, and develop a strong foundation for their careers.

Cons

The pay and commission structure are major concerns. There is a noticeable culture of favoritism, and management lacks accountability. Expectations vary depending on whether management sees you as someone they want to promote, creating an unfair and inconsistent work environment. Managers set standards that they don't consistently enforce, and employees are often encouraged to compete against their coworkers rather than work as a team. A recurring pattern is that employees who are initially identified as future management candidates often become frustrated with the inconsistent treatment and leave within a year. When they leave, management frequently shifts its attention to someone else who had previously been overlooked, only to repeat the same cycle. This obvious favoritism creates resentment, hurts morale, and contributes to the company's high turnover.
