I saw a post here asking why so many quality employees are leaving and I had to laugh. The company is driving them out! They are quitting or being let go because they make too much or because they see where positive change should occur but management is too scared to listen. That's right: this is a dying company driven by fear of its own employees and fear of change. The employees see it and so do the clients! Why do you think every negative review on here is followed almost immediately by a three or more star review? More lies and fear. Sunquest management sees it.
