Pros
Employees with a certain creed, being a decent golfer, and the obedient will definitely thrive in this environment. Overlook the fact that the leadership has historically low approval ratings and are, actively, seeking employment elsewhere and it's not a bad experience.
Cons
For the past few years the trends have not been favorable: 1. The workforce has diminished (more is being done with a skeleton crew) 2. Revenue continues to decline as clients leave 3. Employee turnover is unusually high
