Thank you for your review! We agree that we have a lot of people doing their best and were very excited to roll out those additional paid holidays in North America last year, Veteran's Day and Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We also agree that increased trust engenders more agility and a better work environment. We believe that we have shown an increase in trust by reducing the number of employee policies (the Employee Handbook is half the size it used to be). We will continue to improve and are glad you are still here for the ride.
