Pros
Sunquest offers 2 weeks vacation to incoming employees, as well as great health and retirement benefits. Current policy is matching 4% total income into 401k (with a 6% income contribution). The vacation is easily taken, and I haven't ever had a request rejected. The employees always work in teams, and there's great cross-team functionality. Compared to other workplaces, the "drama" is very minimal, so you can actually be productive. Feels like working with a family.
Cons
Constant monitoring of all possible measurable metrics for every position. I've yet to see them fire anyone over not hitting target numbers, but even still, there's always that reminder that they're measuring.
