Pros
If you are young, outgoing, and bright, you have a good chance of climbing the ladder. Otherwise, you will be anonymous. Do promote from within, but it can be a crapshoot. Some coworkers really are a pleasure to work with. Cafeteria is nice. Gym is nice too, but is rarely used.
Cons
Way too understaffed at the worker bee level. About half of the executives are not on site. Pay raises are limited, even for solid performance reviews. Morale is low as company and Vista continue to hire new grads with no experience and low wages. Pressure to achieve goals is unsustainable. Lots of focus on cost reduction and maximing your "value" to the organization. Lots of knowledge tied up in a few critical worker bees that don't get recognized often. Too many "strategic projects" that go no where other than being a proving ground for the next batch of "leaders". Salaries are below market.
