Thank you for your candor. We agree that we try and offer Freedom and Direction as warranted. We also appreciate your acknowledgement of the culture and our President's ideals though we certainly don't approve of anyone pulling down another teammate's career. We are running a 360 degree feedback program right now in order to gain feedback such as this related to individual managers and act on it before someone like yourself leaves.
