Pros
The schedule is pretty flexible and the managers do not micro manage. For the most part, all of my coworkers are very supportive and helpful. They also have a pretty good support structure for working remotely. There are also opportunities to travel to client sites, as well as to the other office locations in the company.
Cons
Pay tends to be on the lower end of market trends. Promotions only come around one time per year, usually aligned with Performance Reviews, so that's how they avoid having to give two pay bumps to a single employee in the same year. It also makes it difficult to get promoted, if you're interested in moving up.
