Pros

Helpful colleagues: People are very helpful

Cons

Middle level management is not so good. Hardly care about concerns of employee. Pay is below average. End up working in legacy technologies. You will get frustrated as neither pay is good nor technology. Management is hardly interested in retaining employees. After an year you will realize that a fresher is being offered more what you are getting
