Pros
-SQ moved to a beautiful new headquarters located in the Foothills. -Tremendous effort made to bring in younger staff.
Cons
-SQ has an incredibly high attrition rate (north of 40% year over year), across all areas of the organization which leads to constant swirl as well as tremendous burnout of over extended staff. -SQ pays incredibly low, and offers substandard benefits compared to not only peers in the industry, but even locally in Tucson. -Bloated leadership staff in relationship to the personnel whom actually execute the day to day work. -Alarming lack of change management across the organization, but specifically at the leadership level. Constant changes have created significant challenges in delivering to the customer as well as complete fatigue. -Unrealistic expectations across the organization. Specifically; unrealistic goals for the sales organization and unrealistic expectations set with the customer. -Antiquated technology stack and lack of forward thinking leaders to drive the market versus acting reactively. Also, lack or unwillingness to bridge the gap of LIS vendor as opposed to service provider.
