Would not recommend - Account Executive Sunquest Information Systems Employee Review

Product is stagnant and behind the competition. Many clients are going to competitors. In my 4+ years at Sunquest, I saw over 40 salespeople leave or get fired. We only carried 25-30 salespeople across the country at one time. Base salary is a joke, so you have to rely on the weird payout of the compensation plan for your money. Activity Based Pay is obnoxious. This should be part of the base pay automatically. At this point, development is too far behind and clients are leaving too quickly for the company to bounce back.
