Pros
Fairly easy to get hired as there are always open positions. Some people and some departments make this company tolerable.
Cons
Not enough staff to complete the work. This translates to current employees forced to do twice the work in the same timeframe. Project management is a joke as the end goal is a guessing game. If you are given the opportunity to reveal some truth, it is received as negativity and not being a team player. Pay is 15-20% below Tucson average, unless you are an executive or were brought in from out-of-state. Preferential treatment is given to those handpicked by the President coming in from Florida. Lastly, the upcoming building move will be an utter failure and proof that leadership has no clue of the reality in what it takes to pull off such a task. Seven months to occupancy and NOTHING in the area of real progress has been accomplished. God help us.
