Pros
Great training and ability to make decisions in your own department.
Cons
Each year goals are increased so high that you can no longer exceed them. Its about who you know, not what you know. The company is all about profit and no longer about the mission. If you have been there for a long time and are maxed out in your salary, they could care less if you leave because they are trying to hire a new, less expensive employee. (They don't care how successful you've been in the past!) It's all about the bottom line. No loyalty to successful team members. Either move them up to the next level to justify their salary, or move them out. (Let them quit or find reasons to fire them). Again, it's all about WHO you know, not about how GREAT of an employee you are. Completely different environment then when the Klaussen's were directly involved. Very disappointing!
