Pros

The executive leadership works constantly to grow the business opportunity of the company. All of the teams at SIS work together and interdepartmentally to achieve objectives. It was the second time I had worked for the company and found with the new leadership in place it was an extremely positive experience.

Cons

Client satisfaction is difficult to achieve in an environment when technology is not optimized related to limited hospital resources. This is not the fault of SIS, but frustating when trying to pursade clients to use best practice.

Pros

While most positions are remote work and a consistent paycheck are positive aspects, the company’s medical, dental, and vision benefits are notably inadequate and fall well below competitive market standards.

Cons

Compensation is not aligned with workload demands and requires immediate review. Work-life imbalance is creating retention risk and undermining employee engagement. Senior leadership communication and effectiveness are falling short of organizational needs. Overly directive management practices are restricting autonomy, accountability, and operational agility. Cross-functional collaboration is insufficient and is weakening teamwork and shared ownership. Leadership culture lacks the transparency and communication needed to build trust. Resource constraints are preventing employees from executing responsibilities effectively. Offshoring decisions are creating workforce instability and serious concerns about role security.
