Pros
- Great company to gain experience in healthcare IT from - Great people to work with at the team level - Flexible hours - Remote
Cons
- The company would do well if they valued it’s employees, you’re just a number here. Compensation reflects that, as you do not get paid your worth. - The leadership and mid level management are very bureaucratic. They play favorites and don’t promote on merit; do not expect to grow here. - You’ll do well if you’re a yes man, since expressing different ideas that may conflict with the status quo is discouraged and viewed as disruptive, instead of helpful. - They run very lean to the point of burnout, which is unfortunate, since there’s little appreciation or gratitude for the effort and work produced by good, hardworking people. - Culture is subpar. Nobody wants to take ownership out of fear they’ll be solely held accountable; there’s no mantra of we succeed and fail collectively as a team. It’s a big blame game.
