Great company that provided flexible work accommodations, ability to tailor your own internship experience, and opportunities for you to sit on meetings exploring the industry.

Pros

Learn a lot about building science, energy efficiency, and affordable housing development and financing. Work life balance excellent, some roles can be primarily remote with only 1-2 days in the office, or sometimes no time in office depending on the week.

Cons

No health savings account, though the current (as of June 2024) health care reimbursement of $550/month for health and dental combined is really nice.
