At the company's top level, they manage misinformation and manipulation as normal things. Very toxic environment, with several layoffs and false promises to the team AND to the clients.

I really enjoyed working at Sweatworks. The people that work there are great and it's unlike other companies. Despite being 100% remote and employees in many countries and states, there's a real feeling of being together. The work is interesting and I love the fitness industry in general.

Cons

Narrower focus on the fitness industry ties it to economic trends specific to that industry.
