Pros
Business and product lines seem outstanding. Great pay and benefits, they have generous holiday package and 401k. So much potential in the culture. Open to hybrid work schedule and lifework balance. Interview process was good and communication was excellent.
Cons
You need to be a jaded alcoholic to work here and fit in to the work culture. You will be forced to go to after work dinners. Which is maybe a factor to the negativity due to poor resource allocation and processes. Poor taste jokes that come across as extremely offensive. I was constantly reminded my role and so much that it felt like a bait and switch.
