I love the ability to do multiple tasks in my job. this alleviates boredom and complacency. Management allows for employees to perform many things outside just the expected items in my job outline. I have been rewarded for my efforts and have never felt more gratification in a job position. There is something to be said with being happy at your workplace ... it improves attitude and it becomes contagious in the work environment. Also, the healthcare automation environment is an expanding market that allows us to expand and grow with it.
