Pros
Swisslog, like any other forward-thinking organization, is a fast pace environment heading towards a bright future. What I enjoy about Swisslog is its all encompassing diversity and the challenge it brings to those who seek it. Though we are in constant "change" mode, it is truly up to you if you want to succeed. On a day-to-day, what I enjoy the most is working with a team of people who truly are experts at what they do. Swisslog also provides room for growth for those who are eager to grow. Compensation and benefits are also competitive. Working for Swisslog is a privilege because at the end of the day, we are saving lives.
Cons
If you do not have the self-motivation to change your perspective in the challenges that Swisslog brings to the table, then Swisslog isn't for you - or any forward-thinking organization for that matter. An ability to execute tasks at short notice may be uncomfortable, and by all means, with proper training and industry education this should change in the future, but it can be done if you are purposeful in adding to the solution. Most people may see change and understaffed as a problem - but I truly see it as an opportunity for internal employees to exercise their utmost potential. The downside is (partially) that either they aren't feeling motivated to reach it.
