Good benefits Company vehicle, phone, and laptop Home office personnel friendly in Denver Most guys your work with are nice and very knowledgeable

Unreasonable work requests Lied to by management False information given at interview/hire Ever changing schedule No set on call rotation as claimed Poor people management Poor communication from project management teams Dispatch and manager have zero idea of your geographical location for job assignment purposes Micromanaged Poor teaching and training provided ZERO work/life balance

Flexible hours. You don't have to work a lot of hours

Cons

On-call 24/7/365 and not enough compensation for on-call. You literally can't go anywhere on the weekends because you are on call. Can't go camping with the family.
