Cons

Field Service is not a 9 - 5 job, but more of lifestyle. To meet customer demands flexible hours are required. Replacement of the work order system is needed.

Pros

Flexible hours. You don't have to work a lot of hours

Cons

On-call 24/7/365 and not enough compensation for on-call. You literally can't go anywhere on the weekends because you are on call. Can't go camping with the family.
