Great benefits! Great Healthcare and 401K benefits. Some positions can work at home part time.

Cons

Chaotic management. Constant change. Many angry, unsatisfied customers. Inexperienced upper management - trickles down to all employees. Complete lack of collaboration between departments and business units. Pay is much lower than industry standard. Low moral - many employees are unhappy and frustrated.

Flexible hours. You don't have to work a lot of hours

Cons

On-call 24/7/365 and not enough compensation for on-call. You literally can't go anywhere on the weekends because you are on call. Can't go camping with the family.
