Pros
Large size company means there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in varying work. There is a new challenge everyday. Some colleagues try to support one another through shared challenges.
Cons
The company values do not always feel reflected in day to day experiences. Many teams appear to have sustained high workloads, with frequent overtime becoming the expectation rather than exception. Going above and beyond is not always recognised and feedback can feel more like criticism than appreciation. It is a battle to get training and does not feel part of standard development. Current tools and processes can make routine tasks feel much more difficult than they need to be. Concerns about inappropriate behaviour do not always feel as though they are addressed effectively. For an organisation of this size, the benefits package seems highly uncompetitive.
