Review about syncfusion - Software Engineer Syncfusion Employee Review

To get permanent they take the 6th month to 9th month rating and you should be above 3.5. And some teams cry to put the ratings even if you work to your bone They most of the time make you to do work even after work hours and even i had a worst experience like i logged in around 9.30Am and when i checked out it was next days 6.30 Am. And for the salary its just a basic pay and very low. After some days you will question yourself that whether you have to put in lot of efforts just to get that salary I just had to put up with this since it was my first company
