Interesting to see several high reviews all on the same day. It would sure seem like maybe people were being told to leave a positive review. I can assure you that Syncfusion is not a good place to work. In fact, it is one of the worst places I have ever worked at. Sales people must be extremely pushy. It is less inside sales and more telemarketing. Avoid at all costs!!

Flexible work schedule. Breakfast on Monday. Lunch on Thursday

The rest of working there. If you have experience in sales at all, do not work here. Even if you don't, do not work here. The go to market strategy is backwards. Them hiring 55 new reps this year is insanity. They already have about 30 too many reps. Leads are terrible. It is a culture of fear.

Breakfast provided on Mondays. Snack are provided in break room on an ongoing basis. Partial internet reimbursement is a nice perk.

Cons

Salary, benefits, workload, untrustworthy management. Encourage sales territory in-fighting. Chaotic environment, lack of loyalty to employees. Tremendous pressure to deliver revenue immediately above all else.
