Pros
- Freshers can learn a lot in quick time. - Good pay with good appraisal (Yearly twice). - Good set of managers (for my team). - Management is trying to improve the management quality compared to yesteryear's. - Good growth in terms of career and financial. - Become a manager or team lead very quickly.
Cons
- Work Environment. - Percentage of the quality (matured) managers are very less. - During product release time employee can't maintain work life balance. - No recreational activities. - Strict policies against employees. Most of the policies are developed for conservative family. I think these policies are developed by a conservative Indian family man. (Happy Employee is a productive employee) - Wearing formals to work is a sin. - No work from home option.
