Pros

Great benefits: 401k, medical, dental, vacation (although health benefits were cut with little notice)

Cons

Working 60 hours a week, including Sundays is not enough. Management will micro-manage you non-stop. Sales strategy is all over the place and is never centralized. Compensation plan can change without notice. Changed at least 4 times from early 2011 to Fall 2012.
