Pros
Salary Structure is good . Focus is on upskilling of employee as to deploy on client location . Management /HR will listen and take care of employee until he/she is billable resource. Company is good for 5 yrs of experience guys to learn the things and move to some other one for stability.
Cons
As this is typical outsourcing company so they simply deploy employee on client location whether that project technical skills matches or not to the employee profile . Just they care only for billing which is justified for a outsourcing company . Once Employee is on bench be ready to face HR discussion , they simply ask you to resign and serve notice period . Job stability might be an issue for experience employee . Every time you have to be interview ready that might be a challenge . HR in this company are only to Hire and Fire , No other task they do . Finally as per my experience with this company person can join this company to get good hike and keep yourself ready for interviews and after decent time move to some other one for a stable job and last thing is if you have family liabilities I will recommend not to join this company work life balance will be disturbed for sure .
