The pay is something i would say not good.

I have been working at Synechron, and my experience has been a mix of strong learning opportunities and a few challenges. The exposure to clients and the pace of work helped me grow quickly and stay updated with industry trends. However, compensation is an area where I feel the company could improve. While the salary is competitive for some roles, market adjustments and internal corrections tend to move slowly.
