Pros

Co-workers are nice and treat you well. They dont pay much attention to you so it can be lower pressure.

Cons

Low pay, middle management is horrible, and benefits are extremely low. I put in a ton of effort and was extremely successful only to be treated poorly with minimal raises and ultimately being used.

A lot for you to learn here and the position offers a lot of room to grow. Managers are helpful and understanding, great communication between co-workers. Very nice office environment.
