No KPI, only personal opinions of boss when performance evaluation. Office policies and projects plans change and change every day without rules. Managers spend most of time on satisfying his boss, but spend almost no time on team members. Managers dont care about member's career road map, but only care the output. NO SOFTWARE ENGINEERING in this company. Few people want to improve this stuff. Freedom of expression is limited. If employee says any bad about company, he will be concerned and watched. Managers don't care about your opinion. They don't even care about your personality. All they do is keep pushing you fitting into their frame. When facing management conflicts, they always choose to back down instead of fighting back. Low morale, no inspiration, and managers dont care about this matter.
