Great company to start at and get some experience in various roles to add to a resume. The product itself is good and most employees are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Do not work here. Once you leave you will see how poor the management and organisation of the company is. No training was provided upon hiring. I don't think I had a conversation with my manager for about 2 weeks after being hired. Management seems to have a big disconnect with reality and some are set to accomplish their own personal goals, regardless of the implications to others and the company. The management has no previous experience which shows as decisions are made from feelings and emotions rather than data and facts. The lead sales manager will blatantly lie your face when called out. He will also set unrealistic expectations then lie when asked to try them himself. Attempts to automate mundane daily tasks were met with hesitation and ridicule. Any ideas brought to management will be shot down because they didn't think of it. The salaries are low and there is no company morale which creates a negative culture that is infectious.
